Discover the Healing Journey with Pragyana
For over two decades, I have been on a dedicated and transformative path as a Craniosacral Therapist. I began my journey practicing shiatsu in an acupuncture clinic in Brazil. In 1999, Shortly after moving my practice to the US, I completed my first craniosacral therapy training, and that was the year I first truly found my calling. I have since completed the advanced practitioner and teacher training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
Over the past twenty years, I have practiced and taught across Brazil and the US and have sought advanced specialization in Switzerland and Prague. I am currently teaching and practicing in both Alaska and Southern Oregon. I continue to carefully curate my craniosacral practice to include cupping, gua sha, reflexology, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming; my practice is continuously evolving!
When I am not immersed in the world of healing, you may find me exploring the local wilderness, dancing, singing, listening to music, enjoying nourishing and delicious food with friends and family, or traveling and experiencing different cultures.
My journey has taken me deep into the realms of holistic healing, and nurturing a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. It is always an honor to support my clients to rediscover their own inner healer and innate vital essence.
